Freedom Moravian Church offers several opportunities to grow in faith while serving others and having fun!
Youth gatherings are scheduled throughout the year. All ages are encouraged to come for fellowship and fun. Things that have taken place in the past are lock-ins on a Friday night, picnics, decorating for the holidays, roller skating and bowling.
Planned events are posted in the Social Hall and advertised in the weekly bulletins. Participants are encouraged to bring friends!!!
This dynamic group of women have been crafting bed quilts, baby quilts and specialty items such as memory pillows and purses since 2013. They meet every third Wednesday year-round to enjoy quilting/sewing and luncheon. They completed a Memory Tree Quilt honoring the Congregation which raised a major amount of money for the Church. They sell their wares yearly at the Little Chute Windmill and Quilt Celebration held in April. You do not have to be a gifted quilter to participate as 'cutters' are always needed.

Prayer Shawl Ministry led by Jayne Ewald
Everyone is welcome to join us at Copper Rock North on the corner of JJ and Ballard Road on the third Thursday of the month at 4:15 p.m. We gather to knit and crochet shawls and lap blankets to be given to anyone who may appreciate receiving an item that is filled with our prayers. If you don't like handwork, you are welcome to come and enjoy good conversation. All are welcome.
Mary Martha Circle led by Shari Nachtwey
This group of women are dynamos for fund raising for the church. They meet monthly on the third Wednesday of the month at 1 p.m. from September through May. They enjoy fellowship, have study (usually centered around a book) and plan the many benefits that they do to raise funds for the church.
They have a yearly rummage and bake sale in May, sell crafts and baked goods and candies at the annual Chili Supper in October, and have soup sales on Sundays in the months of January and February.
Mike Mischnick offers lessons to youths and adults on request.
